Medical Approval & Eligibility
All treatments purchased through our website require medical evaluation and approval by a licensed medical provider before treatment can be performed.
If a patient purchases a treatment and is subsequently determined to be medically ineligible, a full refund will be issued for the unused treatment.
Purchasing a treatment online does not guarantee medical eligibility or approval.
Refund Requests
All other refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally subject to the discretion and approval of the treating physician or medical director.
Refunds are not guaranteed for changes of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes.
Treatment Packages
For treatment packages involving multiple sessions:
- Treatments or services already performed are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
- Requests for refunds on unused sessions will be evaluated individually and are subject to provider approval.
- If a partial refund is approved, completed treatments may be calculated at their regular individual treatment price rather than the discounted package rate.
Completed Treatments
Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services, completed treatments are generally nonrefundable. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval, depending on your financial institution.
