In 2025, the practice expanded with the addition of Dr. Hari Sawkar — a board-certified urologic surgeon (Northwestern University, USC Urology residency) specializing in robotic urologic oncology, prosthetic urologic surgery, minimally invasive stone treatment, and men’s sexual health. Dr. Sawkar is the highest-volume Aquablation surgeon in Orange County. Together, Drs. Gabal and Sawkar offer 23 surgical procedures across the full spectrum of urologic care.

Dr. Lamia Gabal
Dr. Lamia Gabal is a board-certified urologist with subspecialty certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS). With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in advanced treatments for male and female sexual wellness, regenerative medicine, and restorative urologic procedures.
A graduate of UC San Diego School of Medicine (1995), Dr. Gabal completed her General Surgery internship and Urology residency at UCSD Medical Center. She is a certified provider of P-Long®, P-Shot®, Priapus Toxin®, O-Shot®, and Clitoxin®, and offers the latest non-invasive technologies including SculpSure® and MonaLisa Touch®.
