Important notice: Membership fees cover enhanced access and communication services only. All medical services — including exams, procedures, diagnostic testing, lab work, and surgeries — are billed separately and submitted to your health plan where applicable. Membership fees are not reimbursable by Medicare, Medi-Cal, or private insurance plans. This membership does not affect the availability of covered services to non-members.

What exactly is included in the membership?

Membership covers enhanced access and communication services: 24/7 direct physician access via private phone and text, same-day or next-day appointments, extended 30–60 minute visits, minimal wait times, a dedicated staff line, personalized wellness plans, and a 10% discount on all elective treatments. Standard medical services are billed separately.
Is the membership fee covered by insurance or Medicare?

No. The membership fee is not reimbursable by Medicare, Medi-Cal, or private insurance. However, all covered medical services — exams, labs, procedures — are still billed normally to your insurance plan. The membership fee covers the access and concierge services on top of that.
Can I add a spouse or family member?

Yes. A spouse or adult dependent (age 18+) can be added to any annual membership for an additional $2,000 per person.
Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel at any time in writing; however, the membership fee is non-refundable. If Dr. Gabal terminates the agreement, a pro-rated refund will be provided. Upon termination, access to enhanced services ends but you remain eligible for all standard covered care.
