Dr. Lamia Gabal
Dr. Lamia Gabal is a board-certified urologist with subspecialty certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS). With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in advanced treatments for male and female sexual wellness, regenerative medicine, and restorative urologic procedures.
A graduate of UC San Diego School of Medicine, Dr. Gabal completed her General Surgery internship and Urology residency at UC San Diego Medical Center. She is the creator of the P-Thick™ Protocol and a certified provider of P-Long®, P-Shot®, Priapus Toxin® (BoCox®), O-Shot®, and Clitoxin®.
Dr. Gabal also serves as Principal Investigator for multiple clinical trials in urology, female pelvic medicine, sexual health, and regenerative medicine — and as a Board Member of PAC, representing small physician private practices. Recognized as a Top Doctor by the OC Medical Association for 17 consecutive years, she remains dedicated to delivering the highest standard of patient-focused care.

Dr. Hari Sawkar
Board-certified urologic surgeon with expertise in urologic oncology, calculi (urinary tract stones), female urology, and male sexual health. Dr. Sawkar is the highest-volume Aquablation surgeon in Orange County and a specialist in da Vinci Robotic Surgery, UroLift, novel BPH treatments, no-scalpel vasectomy, penile prosthetics, and minimally invasive stone surgery.
Katie Boyd-Cordova
An Orange County native and USC Keck School of Medicine PA graduate, Katie brings nearly five years of experience in Urogynecology, OB/GYN, and vaginal reconstructive surgery. Skilled in surgical first-assist for incontinence and prolapse procedures, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Amanda Allen
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Arizona, a Master of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, and her PA studies from Chapman University. She brings a holistic, compassionate approach to urological care with a focus on improving patients’ quality of life.
Devin Lichtenwalter
A UCSD Human Biology graduate, former Orange County EMT, and Point Loma Nazarene University PA Studies alumna, Devin discovered her passion for urology and the profound impact urologic conditions have on mental and physical health. She centers every patient interaction on empathy, trust, and personalized care.
Britni Nguyen
A Southern California native, Britni earned her Bachelor’s from UC Santa Barbara and completed her PA studies at South University in Richmond, Virginia. With 3 years of urology experience as a medical assistant prior to PA school, she brings a passion for compassionate, quality-of-life focused care and open, empathetic communication.
Dr. Theodore Bryan
Dual board-certified Interventional Radiologist specializing in minimally invasive image-guided treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), joint arthropathy, and liver cancers. Trained at NYU and Tel Aviv University, completed his IR residency at UC Irvine where he served as Chief Resident, and later joined UCI faculty as Assistant Clinical Professor.
