Deeper radiofrequency for advanced tissue renewal
Morpheus8V® by InMode is a fractional bipolar radiofrequency (RF) treatment that delivers RF energy through tiny pins deeper into vaginal tissue than surface-based treatments. Designed for women with moderate tissue concerns who want more significant collagen remodeling than lighter approaches provide.
What is Morpheus8V?
Morpheus8V® is an intravaginal treatment device from InMode that uses fractional bipolar radiofrequency (RF) energy — delivered through tiny pins that briefly enter the tissue to place the RF energy at a precisely controlled depth. The pins are the delivery method; the actual therapeutic effect comes from the RF energy, not from any mechanical action.
By reaching deeper tissue layers than surface-only RF treatments, Morpheus8V is designed to trigger more significant collagen and elastin remodeling in the vaginal wall. Because the response is a natural biological process, results develop gradually over weeks to months as the tissue renews.

Morpheus8V may be right for you if…
Morpheus8V is generally considered by women with more advanced tissue concerns — cases where a surface-based RF treatment like FormaV may not deliver enough tissue change.
Moderate vaginal laxity
If you feel a more significant loss of tone — for example, after childbirth or with menopause — Morpheus8V is designed to reach deeper tissue than surface-only treatments can address.
Persistent GSM symptoms
Women navigating genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — including persistent dryness, discomfort, or thinning tissue — may consider Morpheus8V as part of a broader approach to feminine wellness.
Stress incontinence
For women with mild-to-moderate stress urinary incontinence, Morpheus8V may support the tissue quality around the urethra as part of an overall care plan — often complemented by pelvic floor–strengthening treatments.
Feminine renewal goals
Women interested in more significant tissue remodeling than lighter treatments provide — but not ready for surgical vaginal rejuvenation — may find Morpheus8V a good middle-ground option.
How fractional RF works
The Morpheus8V applicator has small pins on its surface. During treatment, the pins briefly enter the tissue and deliver bipolar RF energy at a controlled depth — creating microscopic zones of heated tissue in a precise, fractional pattern. Because only a fraction of the tissue is treated at a time, the surrounding untreated tissue helps guide rapid, controlled healing.
In the days and weeks after treatment, the body responds to these controlled thermal zones by producing new collagen and elastin — the structural proteins that give tissue tone and quality. Because collagen remodeling is a biological process, results develop gradually over weeks and months and continue to improve after the series is complete.
What to expect
Every session is performed in a private treatment room by trained staff — with your comfort and privacy prioritized throughout.
Private setting
You’ll be brought into a private treatment room and made comfortable.
Topical numbing
A topical numbing agent is typically applied before treatment to maximize comfort.
RF treatment
The applicator delivers controlled RF pulses in a precise fractional pattern.
Aftercare guidance
You’ll receive specific aftercare instructions for the days following treatment.
A personalized series of treatments
Morpheus8V is most effective as a series. Your provider will recommend a personalized plan based on your specific goals and current tissue quality — typically spaced several weeks apart to allow the tissue remodeling process to progress between sessions.
Because Morpheus8V works by stimulating your body’s natural collagen and elastin production, results continue to develop for weeks and even months after your final session. Many patients report a period of ongoing improvement — this is completely normal and part of how collagen remodeling works.
Some brief recovery is expected
Because Morpheus8V delivers RF energy deeper than surface-only treatments, some brief post-treatment reaction is expected — most commonly mild redness, swelling, or light discharge for a few days. This is a normal part of the tissue-healing response and typically resolves quickly.
Your provider will give you specific aftercare instructions — including guidance on intimacy, bathing, and any activity restrictions. Most patients return to work and daily activities quickly. Individual recovery varies based on treatment intensity and personal factors.
Three treatments. Different jobs.
Morpheus8V works alongside our other InMode feminine wellness treatments — each addresses a different aspect of pelvic and vaginal wellness, and many patients benefit from combining them.
