P-Long vs P-Thick vs UroSculpt™: Which Enhancement Treatment Is Best for You?

Three of the most-asked-about treatments at Prestige Medical Group serve different goals. Here’s how to decide which fits your priorities — or whether combining them makes more sense.

“The most important thing to understand: these aren’t competing treatments — they’re solving different problems. P-Long is about length. P-Thick and UroSculpt are about girth.”

Men considering penile enhancement often come to us with a specific goal in mind — more length, more girth, or both. Three of our most popular treatments — the P-Long® Protocol, P-Thick™, and UroSculpt™ penile filler — each address one of these goals with different techniques, timelines, and outcomes.

This guide breaks down the key differences so you can make an informed decision — or decide whether a combined approach is the smarter play.

Peer-Reviewed Clinical Evidence
The P-Long protocol has been studied and published in a peer-reviewed medical journal.
Brandeis J, Lu S, Runels C. (2023). Andrology: Open Access. 12:293 — showed mean length gain 0.805″ and girth gain 0.469″ at 6 months, with 100% of participants reporting improved erectile function.

How to Decide

Which Is Right for You?

Match your priorities to the right treatment.

Choose P-Long if…

You’re primarily focused on length gain, you’re comfortable committing to daily traction and vacuum wear for several months, and you want a natural, regenerative approach backed by published clinical research. You’re patient and understand results emerge around month 4 and build through month 6.

Choose P-Thick if…

You want visible girth improvement as quickly as possible using PMG’s specialized filler protocol, you’d prefer a targeted, precision approach, and you’re comfortable with any follow-up needed to maintain results.

Choose UroSculpt if…

You want immediate girth results with a natural feel using hyaluronic acid — the same biocompatible material used in facial fillers. You value the reversibility that HA offers (it can be dissolved if desired) and you’re comfortable with periodic touch-ups every 12-18 months.

Choose Combined (P-Max™) if…

You want comprehensive enhancement — length AND girth. The P-Max™ package combines P-Long (length) with your choice of girth-enhancing treatment (P-Thick or UroSculpt), typically at a package discount. Most men who want the full transformation choose this.

P-Max™ Package

Why Choose When You Can Have Both?

The P-Max™ package combines P-Long (length) with your choice of girth-enhancing treatment — P-Thick or UroSculpt — typically at 10% package savings. Get the fast visible girth results of a filler with the long-term tissue remodeling of P-Long.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between P-Thick and UroSculpt?
Both enhance girth using injectable techniques. P-Thick is PMG’s specialized filler protocol. UroSculpt uses hyaluronic acid (HA) filler — the same biocompatible material used in facial fillers — and can provide up to 50% girth increase depending on the amount of filler used. HA also offers the advantage of being reversible if desired.
Can I combine P-Long with P-Thick or UroSculpt?
Yes. The P-Max™ package combines P-Long (length) with your choice of girth enhancement — P-Thick or UroSculpt — typically at a package discount. Many men choose this combined approach for comprehensive enhancement.
Which is faster — P-Long, P-Thick, or UroSculpt?
P-Thick and UroSculpt both deliver immediate visible girth increase from the injection itself. P-Long delivers gradual length improvement over 6 months as tissue remodels — with most visible results emerging around month 4 after an initial cellular regeneration phase.
Are the results permanent?
P-Long results are considered long-lasting when the protocol is followed consistently — the length gain comes from actual tissue remodeling. P-Thick and UroSculpt results are filler-dependent — UroSculpt typically lasts 12-18 months before touch-up may be desired. UroSculpt has the added advantage of being reversible if desired (HA can be dissolved).
Which is more affordable?
Cost varies based on individual protocols and provider recommendations. Contact us at (949) 825-7650 for current pricing on all three treatments. The P-Max™ combined package typically offers savings vs. booking separately.
Does P-Long work for men with ED?
Yes — and at PMG we routinely treat men with erectile dysfunction using a customized P-Long approach. Based on your SHIM score at consultation, Dr. Gabal may recommend adding ShockWave Therapy (for mild ED), Apex RF, or Exosome Therapy to enhance results.
Is one safer than the others?
All three treatments have excellent safety profiles when performed by experienced board-certified physicians. The published P-Long study reported zero adverse events. Hyaluronic acid fillers (used in UroSculpt) are extensively studied worldwide. Dr. Gabal reviews your medical history at consultation to identify any contraindications for each.
