Join the RESTRAIN-SUI Clinical Research Study
Are you living with stress urinary incontinence (SUI)?
Prestige Medical Group is currently enrolling participants in the RESTRAIN-SUI Study, a clinical research trial sponsored by Eli Lilly and Company.
This study is designed for women (people assigned female at birth) who experience stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and are overweight or have obesity.
What is Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI)?
Stress urinary incontinence is the accidental leakage of urine during everyday activities that place pressure on the bladder — such as coughing, sneezing, laughing, running, exercising, or lifting.
Some women also experience mixed urinary incontinence (MUI), which includes both stress and urge symptoms (a sudden, intense need to urinate that may cause leakage before reaching the toilet).
Who Can Take Part?
You may be eligible to participate if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Were assigned female at birth
- Have a BMI of 27 or higher
- Have not lost or gained more than 5 kg in the past 3 months
- Experience daily urinary leakage (SUI only or MUI with mostly stress symptoms)
- Do not have diabetes
- Do not take any anti-obesity, SUI, or overactive bladder medications
Additional eligibility requirements will be reviewed during your initial screening visit.
